I think that's because the prototype is probably on Magna Steyr plates, not Toyota factory plates.

Really, really sexy. Love the rear end. Can't really tell what the vibe is... but it looks like a Supra. A little bit Mitsubishi FTO, but more Aston. Only things it's missing is the deployable spoiler and a bigger diffuser.

If you read the interviews, watch the videos, etc. from FT1, it's very, very apparent that they are blatantly, shamelessly following in the footsteps of 911 with a 2 + barely-usable-2 setup. And FT1 itself was a 2+2 with backseats and seat belts and everything. 911 keeps its 2+2 setup even...
