Also make sure the windshield in front of the interior mirror isn't fogged over, dirty, has a dead bug on it, or sticker covering it up. If those all check out. The dealer was supposed to calibrate the camera immediately after vehicle delivery. It might need recalibration.

Does it show up on your iDrive? My Vehicle > System Settings > Displays > Instrument Panel > Road Signs

I don't think those TRD caps will fit. I found some pictures online and it looks like they are too large. OD/ID is 60/60 on those and the Supra is 56/53.
