Now that's stupid. I understand some people can't afford nice vehicles, but it should be at least road worthy. Driving on a donut that fast is just suicidal and should be way higher on the ticket list than a modified exhaust or some other car modification.
You could try unplugging your amp to see if it goes away. Also your subs could be unplugged one by one to see if things change. I'm not sure if unplugging your amp or anything will mess with other car features like security or anything.

It's not a big problem with the engine, but a couple people have experienced this situation. If I had a guess the bolt will need replaced. Hopefully it's not something else.
With the quickjack the blocks that come with it are a rectangle hard rubber that you put on top of the quickjack which has a channel built into the jack for adjustment. Just put the blocks were the jacking points are for the supra. It doesn't damage the jacking point at all. I've used mine...
6th gear is a know issue with as much power as you are making. It will slip like what happened with you. I wouldn't recommend doing pulls like that you really should be looking into a transmission upgrade.
