Can you put the dme back to stock and see if it boosts then? I'm wondering if the Torque limit is set super low and you are hitting it so the car doesn't want boost.

It all depends on your driving habits and if it's mostly city or hwy driving. If you floor it at every given moment you will want to change it earlier. If you do lots of hwy driving id do 5k and city 3k.

I'd buy another supra just for the targa.

Can you put more washers in with a longer bolt to raise it more or will your hood hit?
