I dont know how the 86 is done but what I would do is unplug your injectors so no fuel is shot into your cylinders and Crank the engine over for a little while and that will prime the turbo with engine oil and not start the car.

Yeah you can thank flat rate for that. My personal opinion is that flat rate should be taken away. It promotes crap work and parts slinging.

I'm looking for a good shop that would do a quality job removing and installing the transmission. I was going to go jacks transmission, but it sounds like quality is not great so I'm going pure. I live in northern wy so if anyone knows a good shop in SD, or Montana let me know also.

If its low fuel pressure it could be the problem. I would imagine from what he said that it wouldn't even run though.
