is that new for g series vehicles? on f series ista specifically states "permanent adjustment (programming) and end test module" within this service function
what likely happened was that the dealer allowed test drives on this car, and the shipper didn't really pay attention to actual miles at pick up of a new car, just signed the paperwork with generic miles info, wanting to get the job over with. I bet all new cars being picked up at that dealer...
you can run into exhaust vanos deviation/rail pressure issues if the oil pressure control is in safety mode. double check those two items in logs, if no issues, you can probably drive until it becomes more noticeable.
you'll want to trim the top half of the powerflex mount, about 5mm around where the square stud is, to give it some space to wiggle. or you can just not install the top section, and run the bottom half only.

The top most spacer will need to be checked under heavy compression with some steering angle, even more so if running an aggressive tire setup. The lower 2 should be okay

yes resistor works ONLY for the airbag. if you don't want to code seat position/restraint error, you can just plug in your oem seat harness and control module. it doesn't care if the seat motors are attached
