I noticed that as well. Seems the directions that came with my v.2 were actually for a v.1; it made no mention of the added inlet tube, let alone that o-ring, whatsoever. And there were several times I was sure I was gonna break that clip too, but fortunately I didn't.
Anyone else going to the Easton event this Sunday? I hadn't heard of the triple f collection until recently, but apparently they have some serious machinery going to be on display at the MB dealership
Reactions in real life are definitely more positive than the internets for sure. I catch people in my rear view mirror or across the street at a light holding phones up taking pictures on a daily basis. Super flattering, but I'm as happy to share it with others as I am just to own one. I...
This is probably our future, unfortunately. Just because they've always been cracked in the past doesn't mean they always will be in the future. Having said that, the best and brightest don't necessarily work for the OEMs.

Gram Lights 57CR in gloss black: 19x9.5 +25, 19x10.5 +35 stock tires, stock suspension. Doubt I'll ever change it, but if I do, it'll be a minimal drop because I'm not getting any younger.
I'm rolling the same tires and I'm of the same opinion. They do what they're intended for very well, which is get through cold temps/light snow conditions without getting you killed. Noticeably quieter than stock PSS as well.
