I just double checked since last year, currently sitting around $17k. That being said it looks like I may be spending about $3k in the next month or so to do an unlock and custom tune. $1600 for unlock, $700 tune, then I need licenses and such so I'm just going to say $3k.
I'll be honest, I want these but I have a hard time justifying the price (not you, I know they are expensive from the manufacturer). So I'm thinking about...they still for sale?
(Also I don't want to take the steering wheel off again haha)
My cars:
12' Mini Cooper S (daily - when its working, sold my motorcycle and got this to do more "work" on cars, get more familiar with the internals and taking stuff a part and such, currently need to check the transmission linkage as of yesterday I lost all gears other than first but the...
I had it on some back roads last weekend (I've been in the supra on these roads too) and its so much fun in a different way. Rowing gears, taking tight little turns, you never really have to slow down too much since its not break neck fast but fast enough and you can keep a lot of speed through...
I picked up a 2012 mini cooper S for daily/fun with 82k miles (better than the RDX for daily). Cost me like 8k. I will admit I got it partially as a learn how to do more involved maintenance stuff (timing belt, clutch, whatever) when the time comes but parts don't seem too expensive and being an...
haha just the Fast and the Furious quote, I have no idea about zrk but its more than I could afford and would be willing but we each have our own plans for the cars. I just want to enjoy mine and do a couple track days/year.
Thats because installing the rear sway bar involves dropping the rear subframe a few inches and then twisting the old one out and the new one. You need a secondary jack to support the subframe and then some straps or another jack for the exhaust. Its a pain in the ass but you can do it at home...
Quick Update.

Stud Conversion:
While the wheels were off, I think they'd look good on the RDX, color matches pretty damn well.
Wheel studs going on and cleaning my wheels since they are an awful mess and I can’t seem to find some less dusty pads
just seeing how they’d look on the rdx haha
