I ran 18x10 +36 on 275/40/18 square on ECS02 with 5mm spacers all around on HKS adjustable springs (default height, out the box settings)
I would recommend the Continental ExtremeContact Sport 02, which isn't on your list. It's a 340 TW tire, and I've had no issues with it both on the track and on the street. I also daily drive my Supra with them.
I would also disconnect your iphone (if you have one) from apple carplay on the vehicle as well. I did that before plugging in dongle and opening xhp, etc..
Did you check if it shuts off when locking the vehicle?
Did you tap into the correct wires/pins?
2020 here with HUD and my radar (r8) shuts off via mirror tap.
Over the weekend, I installed the XHP Stage 2 tune and have been driving the car normally to break it in. I've already put about 200 miles on it.
I adjusted the settings to have the car start in 2nd gear in both normal and sport modes, along with a couple of other tweaks I can't quite remember...
I recommend the brass bleeder screw over the titanium version with the Allen head. It's more cost-effective, and you won't need to carry an extra Allen key or worry about stripping the head.

I don't know if there's a typo in your claims, but if I remember correctly, if you didn't do the recall and you let your foot off the brake pedal too quickly, don't fully depress the brake pedal or didn't fully press the engine start button when starting the vehicle, you can potentially damage...
