They are just cheap shitty turbos using garbage CHRA's. The seals in them cant handle even the slightest bit of back pressure from the PCV/CCV system in these cars.
These symptoms are exactly what I had been dealing with on idles with my CTS and especially when driving around getting off throttle/boost.

My guess is leaning towards a 400+hp B58TU2 engine, these come with better manifolds and both direct and port injection. They'll probably have a lot more potential without the need of extravagant fuel system upgrades outside of upgrading injector sizes.

I literally just took the injectors that came with my Visconti kit that I originally used on my boost logic injector plate/spacer. It uses the same Bosch style fuel injector.
I have the AMS manifold and I'm using the same 1050 injectors that come with Visconti's kit. Just gotta get creative on how you wanna route your feed to the rail.
