Probably a combination of more weight and less likely to roll the tire sidewall. The RZ weighs more and will shift more weight to the front when braking and turning. Higher psi usually means a harsher ride quality.

Almost all modern cars have that issue. You get better aerodynamics but sacrifice wind noise when the windows are down.

Is there an FAQ for all the supported tuning options for the A90 Supra? What tuning products are out there? Are they piggyback solutions or do they actually modify the stock ECU tables? Is there the ability to do remote tuning, or do you need to go to a local tuning shop?
