Yeah the rain part is what I’ve been most curious about like what happens when you’re just cruising and it rains like that water has to be going straight to the turbo right??
You really only have to watch ur transmission when it comes to your torque, can it hold 600tq? Sure but not forever I’d say once your torque is 600+ that’s when you need to invest in building. Other than that cooling mods like a heat exchanger and intake manifold will definitely be a game...
Just looking at other threads and asking others with higher hp maybe it’s just out of habit that they change them kinda often but I’ve heard anywhere from every 3-4 oil change all the way to 40k miles but never a solid answer.
93 with PI and LPFP and a few other things the car makes a good bit over 600 or so on 93. But I’m also not on a pure turbo and I have a lot of other things like AMS intake manifold, heat exchanger, 1050 injectors.
Yeah I’ve seen those on “pre-order” on a couple different websites for over a year lol, not a huge fan wish someone would make OEM style tails with clear lenses.
From what I’ve seen Port is necessary when going to a bigger turbo if you wanna make over like 550 or so. I ended up going with ETS’ too mount kit that utilizes a PTE6466 and port injection and several other mods.
Hey guys! Wondering what the limits are for stock axles and when I should start to think about replacing them. Will soon be on a tire and making well over 500. I don’t plan to go to the track often but who knows better safe than sorry.
So I currently have a catted aftermarket down pipe and I am tuned as well but I’ve been wanting to go catless. If I were to would it mess up my tunes at all? or would I just simply get a check engine light? I’m not sure but I’d really like to know before I make a mistake?
Hey guys just ordered a set of welds 17x9 for the front, 17x10.5 for the rear is there anything I’ll need to fit them? Like spacers, different lugnuts, etc. also I’m not sure what size tire to run up front, suggestions are welcomed.
