TLDR - Listen to razorlab ? look at your logs and compare.
I made the same jump from BM3 Stage 2 93 -> BM3 Stage 2 (E50) multimap + BM3 flexfuel kit.
It does feel slower at slower speeds but big difference at the top end.
Raced friend's BM3 Stage 2 93, passed him at ~140mph ?
