They're all doing it now.
The latest TRD 8ARFTS uses it and it's fine. It might not be as ideal for performance as it is for cost and efficiency, but that's the way it goes.
I'm not a fan... thing took FOREVER in development because their management team had no idea what they were doing, and it's price vs performance ratio is meh (along with its looks IMO), which is why they don't sell.
There were so many mistakes made originally during the HSV project and half of...
correct, it's another compromised chassis weight wise due to the extra bracing, just like the RC platform... but at least they're actually using it for convertible purposes I guess.
A while back, one of the TMS USA managers that speaks with me here and there for info on development said the RC will likely get the axe.
The IS on the other hand is gtg in all formats :D

the next gen F series vehicles, including the new ones, are so much better IMO.
Interestingly enough, I generally hold A70 owners in similar contempt to A80 owners lol, but it's not for the same reasons.
A80 owners = arrogant elitists
A70 owners = cheap, ignorant fools
All of my friends are exceptions to that rule for the most part thankfully, especially the Japanese guys...
Random thoughts:
I think the A90 base 3.0 weighs at least 100lbs less than the Premium, here's why.
The 3.0 grade has a 6.5-inch display with Bluetooth and iPod capability, as well as Alcantara seats. Navigation and JBL Audio will be an available option for an additional $2,460.
The 3.0...
They're not putting anything fundamentally Toyota drivetrain wise into the GRMN.
Too much money and PITA, and Lexus has dibs on the V35 for the time being. Maybe if there's an A100 someday...
