  1. SUPRA ULTIMATE B58 JB4 GUIDE AND LOG REVIEW (V1)

Happy to share one of my .bins to compare.
  2. MHD sport cooling

For a street car, really none of that stuff is going to matter.
  3. SUPRA ULTIMATE B58 JB4 GUIDE AND LOG REVIEW (V1)

I don't need to dig into this more in this thread out of respect but I honestly think that with the time you have put in figuring out all these new hacky features with the JB4, you could have easily learned how to tune in MHD+. The custom code in MHD+ makes it much easier to tune than the...
  4. MHD sport cooling

Max cooling targets like 179F instead of 210F or something like that. I think in summer in California you should be fine. For daily driving, I wouldn't even bother. You can switch in real time without a flash in the MHD app.
  5. SUPRA ULTIMATE B58 JB4 GUIDE AND LOG REVIEW (V1)

Was going to say, that is what multi-maps are for, switch via the steering stalk/wheel in real time. I've even done that mid lap at the track.
  6. Should I Mod My 2022 Supra A91-CF or Keep It Stock for Value?

I called him out on his "You all must be angry liberalzzz!", which is cute coming from a group that lost their F'in minds about a stupid Cracker Barrel logo change.
  7. Big Brake Upgrades via the BMW G series catalog

The adapters and a 19" wheel that fits them, oem wheels do not. Well, they do, but wayyy too close for comfort for me: Here is a spreadsheet I made with rotor part numbers, also has a link to the adapters. you want the 380 mm front / 370mm rear
  8. Fuel pump control electronics, internal fault error at track day

Yea, but as I said before, sometimes the code isn't the origin but the outcome, or reverse. I'm not saying positively it was fuel starve, but it could have been. At Lime Rock, the whole track is right turns except for one left hander, you would think it would be fuel starve city in the Supra...
  9. Fuel pump control electronics, internal fault error at track day

It could be fuel starve, that looks like a big WOT section before the bus stop as well. Plenty of stock supras have fuel starve over half tank, depending on the track. The DME has some interesting safe guards, one of which is a faux misfire it will do if it anticipates fuel starve. Designed to...
  10. Looking for advice: Snappy rear end

Yes. I run 13mm spacers in front on 18x11 +40 and it def helped front end bite and dialed out some understeer. I would encourage you to get everything else setup correctly before tweaking fine tuning adds like spacers, bars, preload, etc.
  11. Looking for advice: Snappy rear end

Since it's not really your daily I would also look into way more negative camber in the front or you are just going to annihilate tires.
  12. Fuel pump control electronics, internal fault error at track day

It's all good. I've been tracking cars since 1997 and been on forums since even before that so I tend to be a bit less filtered than others. As some famous person said... "I've seen some shit." ;) It could be your component is faulty, it could be that the code tripped was from something else in...
  13. Question: OBD adapter that works with bimmercode and XHP?

MHD I use it for Bimmercode/link, XHP, MHD, Protool.
  14. Looking for advice: Snappy rear end

You basically have no toe-in in the rear so that is why it wants to kill you. On power, the oem bushings will basically flex enough to toe out the rear and you get drifito machine dynamics. I run about 2.5mm toe-in in the rear. Not sure what that translates to degrees. I do my own alignments...
  15. Fuel pump control electronics, internal fault error at track day

Guess we both hit a nerve. ;) I also stated in my original reply that I could be wrong and my experience so no need to fawn over anything. Let's not ignore you have the typical "I used to race cars" superiority complex going on too, so this ain't one sided. My current relevant setup since you...
  16. Should I Mod My 2022 Supra A91-CF or Keep It Stock for Value?

LOL, my post was deleted but not the others saying basically the same thing. Maybe the true snowflake here reported it.
  17. Looking for advice: Snappy rear end

What is your current alignment? As mentioned already, rear toe settings can make the difference between a car that wants to kill you or be nice and composed. I run some pretty aggressive rear toe-in to tame the rear because of my power level and my driving style. Yes, OEM toe adjustment should...
  18. Fuel pump control electronics, internal fault error at track day

Lol, okay. One LRP lap in my supra is basically this for 56 seconds, over and over and over again with no rest, in a 600whp+ Supra with ethanol: Braking from 148 mph to mid 60 mph, WOT to mid 80 mph, braking to low 60 mph, WOT to 122 mph, braking to mid 80 mph, WOT to 115 mph, braking to...
  19. Engine break in

If anything, you are "breaking it in" better than most people. The manual breaking in is more to make sure brakes and such are bed in correctly and if anything is going to quickly fail, it will happen when you aren't flogging the car. TLDR: Just lawyer copy.
  20. Fuel pump control electronics, internal fault error at track day

I really think you are chasing the wrong thing but I could always be wrong. I've never heard of this issue in a modern G/J-series. I personally have never had an issue, even lapping for full 30 mins, a ton of full throttle and even full throttle to 147mph+ in the straight every 50 secs or so...
