Has anyone seen any of the newer mules/prototypes in the USA yet? It seems like they're pretty much all still the earlier mules.
I could be wrong.

I drove an M235i at Nurburgring last year and while I am quite comfortable in a car of that power and thought I did quite well, I also think that pushing it hard in a slower car could have been a blast.

I feel like so many of the design elements of the FT1 have translated onto the production Supra, but there were a couple that just worked better on the concept. Namely the front bumper and the side/door vent. I don't mind either on the Supra, but the FT1 had presence man.

I've closely followed a number of car launches. People say the same or similar things about every car ever. They look for problems, things they would have done differently, over and over. No car in existence is everything to all people. Once it comes out, things will change. Often when it comes...
Toyota/Lexus also use Air/Water IC setups on all of their recent turbo offerings. Hard to know for what what is what, but I would not be surprised to find an air/water setup in at least some versions of the Supra.

I wouldn't classify the JZ as an evolution of the 7M-GTE. They share very little in terms of design beyond what is similar to have a DOHC L6 (and a similar valvetrain setup, which was common across most Toyota engines at the time).
I'm sure lessons learned from the 7M were taken into account...
It's interesting the things that can happen. For me it was the NCP13. It's not even that great, but once modified it's a corner-slaying, lightweight delight.

The hate is real. I see so much.
Some of it I can relate to, some of it seems ridiculous, but people have some deep sentiments about brands. That is very clear, if it wasn't already before.

As someone who has done a manual setup in a modern car that never came with a manual (IS350), there are challenges to getting everything to work properly. That said, it doesn't make it impossible. There are always some hurdles, but they can usually be sorted out.
The biggest one for sure will...
