good value and made from 7075 which is better than the 6000 series material for track cars. I don't have Burger spacers but I think they would be a good choice if I was USA based.

Don't be surprised if the battery is in need of replacement they don't necessarily last that well these days. I've had failed batteries pass a load and health test but were toast. You just never know. batteries are becoming a "hard life" component these days.

Why I don't let "friends" drive or ride my vehicles. At least it's totalled. It's a bigger issue when the "friends" damage to your car isn't so severe and then the arguments start about how much fixing is needed.
Also as you point out the "no friends drive my car" is also for the benefit of the...
Aesthetically the area of the Supra that I think could use some enhancement is the hood. I love the big aluminium hood but it is a vast area and something that doesn't involve the hood vents that currently exist to break up the expanse would be interesting. I was wondering how some old school GT...
One's a chassis brace for body flex considerations and doesn't involve the diff and the ones being discussed here are for bracing the diff itself.
Not sure why you'd want to install a diff brace on a road car. It won't make any difference to the way the car handles or traction or wheel hop. It...
Lubricate the door seals with some Armorall or such like. I haven't heard or it specifically affecting Supras but I've had it with other cars in your situation esp after washing the car or rain. A little chassis flex and the door rubbers creak. Nothing to lose giving it a go.

Clearly you know what the extent of the crash damage to your car was, a future buyer does not. There are always unknowns buying a used car. Replacement body panels without the undamaged originals is one more I don't need to add to the list as a buyer.

Brake pad noise maybe. Does it stop if you tap the brakes? Might help if you gave us some car details like manual/auto, year mileage, daily driver or weekend warrior, std or aftermarket pads etc. On a higher mileage car it could be the tail shaft centre bearing on the way out.
Phil
Well you don't always need to argue the extreme. Minimising the depreciation is a sensible position to take esp when you look at the quality of some aftermarket stuff out there. There is room for a proportional response and that's what I'm alluding to in my previous posts. Lets face it in 5...
Red flag to a buyer. Aftermarket CF diffuser without the undamaged original as part of the deal equals probable/possible accident damage. Walk away.

Looking at the Verus data it shows the cooling plate doesn't let the diff oil get to operating temperature, lol. 180F/82C for diff oil is nothing. It's a drag inducing decoration on a road car.

Ha, everyone's "laid back" about resale value until it comes time to sell or trade that is, lol. Laid back about resale value then bitch and moan about every cent over RR they have to pay for the latest and greatest must have dream machine that's just come out. Bottom line to the OP is if you...
