Honestly others will know this specific platform better with regards to axle reliability and your driving style but from what I can gather here the axles aren't a weak point for moderate power increases and spirited driving more for high HP applications. Things can also fail because they weren't...
Umm, that's not horrendous oil usage but it's not great either. So between services you're adding 3 quarts of oil. I'm not that surprised it's smoking a bit occasionally. That aside have you made sure it's not overfilled with regards to the oil level.

Not sufficient information. Mileage? Car use and type of driving you did pre failure? Do you "launch" the car regularly? Failures often aren't related to the immediate pre failure use. In other words you may have hurt it before the alignment and a spirited drive post alignment was the "straw"...
Not all Supras have a plastic clutch pedal arm as described by @BananaBoi
If he has installed the Clutch masters pivot bushing kit they have an interesting material choice for a pin and an bush. There's not many pin and bush material combinations worse than stainless on stainless.

Before the third airbag removal and horn issue did you just take the car for a drive? So many of these things seem to disappear after a bit of driving. Just a thought.

Roads that are 90% blind corners and that slow aren't that much fun in reality. Throw in endless traffic because it's now so popular and no I wouldn't be interested in driving it myself even if it was local to me. Race tracks are the most enjoyable drive by a long way. Fast, safe , controlled...
The only other way I can see you getting air into the anti skid control unit is if you already have air in the braking system and you cycle the ignition switch on or start the engine during the bleed process which I think people have done. Then the control unit will do a self test and cycle it's...
Most axles are held in the diff with a circlip on the shaft and "I think" the Supra is the same. You'll need a large soft faced or dead blow hammer to release the clip or a piece of hardwood and a hammer to give it a knock. Sometimes a hard yank will do it but not always. Same goes for the...
I guess that's hard to say but it isn't a totally comfortable situation. Apart from the extra power to drive the pump there could also be issues with the pumps drive longevity. Things aren't necessarily designed to work at maximum output permanently.
I think if I had an affected car and not...
The closer you can make the bar angle to 90 degrees to the bolt the better of course. If you have a quality socket and breaker bar then don't be afraid to use a pipe extension on it. You are better with more controlled leverage and less force on the end of the bar than applying more grunt to a...
In my experience and from previous historical information a twelve point socket is worse for rounding off heads than a 6 point on a std head fastener. The twelve point actually applies the force closer to the corner than the 6 point. The only advantage a 12 point has is better ability to install...
Pretty common among dealers of all brands to bat off warranty work. Sometimes because they don't want the job because it costs them money in labour and sometimes because they don't have the confidence to asses it correctly and don't want to wear the cost that way if they get it wrong.
Answer is...
I like the traditional hood louvers on the Volvo, did you have that done and if so did they work their way around the hood structure or remove it and re weld it in? Anymore images of the hood from the top side?

I wouldn't be relying on that assumption for the the continued viability of the engine. A check of the engine oil pressure scheduling would be a wise precaution.

You need to go back to the start of the thread. People are linking the CDV to possible/probably clutch accelerated wear twice in the first 5 posts. I couldn't be bothered looking for more further on in the thread.
