If it’s etched, it’s not coming out. There’s a very thin layer you can remove with polishing.

Run your hand over the paint. It it feels flat and even, it probably means the clear coat and possibly paint are etched/stained from the adhesive. If a polish and paint correction can’t remove it, the only repair would be a full paint job or another wrap. You can try a light wet sand as well...
