Did you use Techstream to download Toyota ISTA?

Best way is to reinstall OEM LED board. If it works, you found your problem. If it doesn’t work, you cross out one possibility and on to the next. Luckily it’s an easy install.

I used Techstream Lite and got the 2 day sub, that's the only Techstream available to the public. I used an OBD2 to Enet cable and used an ENet to USB-C adapter since my laptop didn't have an ENet port and it worked fine.
