@A70TTR I've seen one image of the spoiler, and it looks good. Fits the lines of the car well, and is very sporty yet not "in your face" like the MKIV's. What i am wondering though, is how it will be offered as an accessory? Looks like different rear hatches will be required for...
Availability before Exclusivity.
That is across the board from any car maker (i.e., Corvette >> ZR-1, Mustang >> GT350R, Camaro >> ZL-1, Challenger >> Demon, WRX >> STI, Lancer >> EVO, etc...). How do you think the Hellcat guys felt when Dodge introduced the Demon, then a Hellcat Redeye...
I agree, HP is not everything...and I believe that is not Toyota's goal with any iteration of the MKV Supra.
However, I will say that HP wasn't Toyota's top priority for the MKIV Supra Turbo 6spd....but we all saw how that turned out :D;).
I am in no way an insider or employee of Toyota to give a definitive answer to whether or not the information that is provided to me that I am providing to the MKV community is true. So please take any info I provide as "relayed information." However, based on the information given to me up to...
Pffft....the real wait hasn't even begun :D.
If my sources are correct, MKV's will be mopping up the tracks....and highways....believe you me :headbang:.

What I meant was, there is a reason it was empty (only had a demo motor) and nothing more. I guess my hints of...
I think the manual transmission implementation was pretty clear when the GR race car had three pedals :D.
Interesting, we saw a glimpse of the BMW engine in the camo'd Supra at Goodwood....but never saw an engine in the GR race car :hmm: ;).
Hehe....I have said too much already.
If I can give any reputable advice, it would be to WAIT....the introductory cars are not what "most of us" will want. That being said, the last thing I will hint at is that Toyota is VERY WELL AWARE of Supra fans reactions up to this point ;).
So far, everything my source has told me has been true....everything! I have no reason to believe the remaining "things" won't be true either.
As for the development of its own engines, all I can say is pay close attention to the race car they will be unveiling at the auto show. I am told...
