I hope so as that's likely 60lbs+ per seat
Add that to the full TSS sensor array, wireless charging pad, hands free modules, cameras, 100 airbags, and the weight really starts to pile up.
Something I can mention is that the rpm shown in the reviews is not final, but not for the reasons some may think.
Hint, the A90 is a new vehicle.
Also, stock run of the mill B58 redline is 7k...
remember when I said Tada didn't want all that extra nonsense in the car (specifically 8 way adj seats)? well, I guess we can see how that went... :(
Most likely. Probably moved it to GR model or something, unless that was always the plan.
Well, it was a lighter mule (likely what I rode in), and those are pretty lightweight. If it had the power bump as well, then I'm sure that truly was a blast lol.
Yep, those cars are damn close to what will be delivered next year and they have to test everything to ensure it all works, so they have been that way for a while. They have added a few things and changed some things as expected, but otherwise it's been in it's near final form for some time.
If I was going to swap rear ends to something stronger, it would like be the Ford 8.8 or something as stout as you mentioned.
Thankfully, even A70 rear ends are pretty damn tough. It's the R154 that's the weak link eventually, but what I was getting at is that the stock ratios with 3.91 allow...
The first gear in my A70 is awful.. the R154 with 3.91 rear end is a great combo, but 1st gear is so short that it's obnoxious. The 3.73 rear ends help, but then you have even longer gears for everything else.
Used to hop into my buddy's R33 GTR, and his 1st gear was soooo much better.
I don't think Aasbo has the same access to Lexus content as they don't sponsor drifting (or him in general) etc.
He may have been speaking to the GR-SS however, unless he meant just as an enthusiast.
As far as how much he knows, probably a bit more than the public, but nothing crazy. he...
