Kind of an odd claim at the end there given Tada already said the GR Supra Concept was aiming at GTE lol.
It's more likely that they're just testing or may do both.
For sure. I also think you brought up a few good points in that once we start getting a little more specific by model, trim, options, we start to see a different story especially based on where you live as said.
(OT, but deadline for the list is already passed so...)
If the mkiv was the only Supra... but it's not :)
There were 240,000 A70s made, of which ~110,000 were sold in the USA.
So, as I said Supras are not rare, but mkivs are fairly rare.
Not really, but times change based on area just like anything (mkiv are certainly more rare based on production numbers though).
The majority of Supras are in FL, TX, and CA and always have been, but there are quite a few up in the Pacific NW and there are some scattered up the East Coast and...
I've been asking around since I got the request for this and received a few names, but it seems as though that particular area is fairly dry. I tried ATL as well...
Hopefully some folks on here can provide some good suggestions though.
I tried telling folks before that they really aren't putting any focus on it... Toyota in general atm are super slow in regards to updating things with anything other than facelifts and a few new small features inside (and that's even when it comes to actual money makers vs niche products).
I...
hahaha, I'm not a robot! But yes, I am a subscriber (although I don't watch all videos).
I actually also follow several people on this forum on social media even though they likely have no idea lol.
Adam LZ just posted a video (YouTube) of he and his crew from the 'Ring and that the A90 was hot lapping and appeared to be going way faster around track than anything else (M2s, M4s, and more exotic stuff as well).
"The new Supra's been hotlapping and looks way faster than any of the other...
the joke about bmw owners not using blinkers (common truth) is directly related to their non standard process... it's worse for those that have not or do not own BMW vehicles.
non-standard, unintuitive controls aren't a great idea IMO. that said, if you like them then more power to you :)
yes, they have scouted a few supra owners like Nick Stonawski and others, as well as some factory Toyota drivers to participate in something. I assume it is a camo reveal for the US like the one we saw in UK (Goodwood), Spain (Jarama), Japan (this week at Option).
yeah, I saw that and had a nice facepalm earlier...
shame it wasn't a 2J swapped car or something, but they likely have an aversion to anything modded because all they have been posting are nearly stock cars.
