I hear you. I know it's pointless to keep rehashing the past, but what I would have loved to see happened is a LC based Supra with FT-1 styling cues while the BMW/Toyota joint project resulting in a new 2000GT. And like that bam we have the "3 brothers".

So the design team did envision FT1 to be build on the LC platform. Sucks that the people over at Calty couldn't get their way. :(
