Not the OP, but there is more than one spoiler vendor on eBay with varying results on what you get. At least you scan see exactly what you are getting.

I went from just an AA DP to AWE resonated Touring and it is much louder. Not annoyingly so, but the combo is not for everyone.

if you have a 21, you can buy another m10x1.5 40mm flange bolt. If you have a 20, you can thread that hole and use the bolt mentioned above. If you are in so cal, I can lend you the tap.

I deactivated ASD on day 1 so cannot comment, but I think ASD would ruin the beautiful tone of the AWE.

There are 2 nubs on either side of the trunk opening that you can screw further out so that it props open the trunk lid a tiny bit more which should solve the re-latching issue.
