Looks like Phils is the way to go for Nankangs. I'm not sure if Tire Rack does price matching, but Discount Tire does. Actually they're priced the same at both sites (295s too).

Just saw that Tire Rack is carrying the Nankang CR-S 2023 in normal sizes as well as 295-35R18! I know what I'm running next season!

I'll tell you this much, your stock brake pads and fluid aren't going to be very happy with 200tw tires on track. The additional friction from the tires will overwhelm your stock pads within a matter of few laps. Even completely stock on stock tires the factory pads aren't very happy on track...
