  1. A-pillar gaugle pod install

I see you figured it out, but just for reference, you need to pop off the "Airbag" plastic cover to get at the bolt behind it. Then once its unbolted it'll pull off.
  2. Lower engine cover/bracing

I'm sure it provides some level of stiffness but not an appreciable amount. Your alignment is not related to it.
  3. Toyota Reveals SEMA Build GR Supra Sport Top

Considering we can't even have the windows down right now, imagine the wind buffeting with the roof off too! jkjk, it looks dope. I wouldn't pick a targa myself but it would be an excellent option.
  4. Weird welds? Epoxy?

It's seam sealer, put over all overlaps and welds to seal from water. Exists on every car, all applied in different methods. Totally normal though!
  5. Emergency call system battery

The call system module is in the center of the car between the subwoofers. Here is the top of the modem. Here's the battery:
  6. Can in inline six lope?

JZs with big cams are SEX at idle! Love that noise! I have GSC S1s on my Silver MKIV and its not quite a big cam but still sounds awesome. I'm curious to hear what a B58 sounds like with the aftermarket Kelford Cams.
  7. Previous Ownership? What did you drive before the Supra?

    1. A90 Supra 2. BRZ x2 (Totaled one, currently own one) 3. A80 Supra x15 (Yes that is a flex haha and yes they're less fun than a [modded] BRZ) 4. 1959 Morris Mini with a B18c5 (OGs will know that this project is still incomplete) 5. '99 Toyota Avalon (Seriously an amazing automobile, should get...
  8. Chief Engineer Says Supra's Blocked-Off Air Vents Can Be Made Functional / Functional vents possible?

Ah not yet! Got busy with work so I haven't had time to work on the cars. I shall try soon though!
  9. Officially ordered my A91 edition

Congrats Danny! Been a long time coming but I'm happy you finally got it! Mr. Banana, I have totally seen you driving around in NY! Yours is the first A91 I've ever seen actually haha.
  10. Does 4 cyl Supra take away or add to the brand?

The 2.0 actually drives really nicely. It just needs a 4.10 LSD instead of the long ratio open diff, and it would be perfect. People need to realize that Toyota needs to sell as many of these cars as possible if we want to see more fun stuff from Toyota in the future. Toyota has no problems...
  11. Toyota Presents World Debut of the New 2022 GR 86

Not bad! That rear light bar trend needs to die ASAP though.
  12. CEL code P04FC

Do you have any mods? Downpipe perhaps? P013E is a secondary O2 sensor issue. Not sure about the first code though.
  13. 4 Cylinder B48 Supra vs the Straight Six B58

Pretty impressive stock figures, and not bad at all with just a tune, especially that torque figure. Curious to see how a downpipe would add to that. I think a 2.0 at 350hp might be an absolute monster on a track, the weight savings are no joke.
  14. HUD Disappear/Movement

Do y'all wear polarized sunglasses? Because I made that mistake a few times and got worried haha.
  15. Sequential turn signals solution?

Yellow Turn Signal inside the triangle vs Flashing the red brake light.
  16. Sequential turn signals solution?

Yeah, you got the nail on the head there. Would require some surgery to make it an LED strip. The tails I haven't taken a close look at so I'm not sure how many LEDs are in it, but tbh I don't think there are enough to create a sequential pattern in the traditional sense. I'm surprised the...
  17. Can anyone recommend suitable engine oil for Ozzie conditions?

If you're not tracking, you'll be fine with the stock oil even in higher ambient temps. Without actual empirical data on oil pressures+temperatures, there's really no point in just guessing on diff oil weights for the hell of it, as is the pastime of so many forum dwellers. Your car will run...
  18. 4 Cylinder B48 Supra vs the Straight Six B58

Awesome video and I definitely feel the same about the potential of the 2.0. Btw, their cars had a "recommended gear" indicator for fuel economy on the cluster. Do the North American cars not have that option, because I've never seen one with it? Wondering if that's buried in the menus somewhere.
  19. Window Trim Removal

13:30 for me destroying mine by taking it out unevenly. But yes, straight up.
  20. Window Trim Removal

It pulls straight up, but you need to be careful as the thin metal rod that gives it shape bends easily. So slide it up evenly and gently!
