Yes, but let's not forget about the warranty. If you change your own oil and there is an engine/oil - related issue, the dealership may ask for proof of oil change. You may be able to lie and get away with it, but I'm not taking the chance.
Ah, so the folks at Liqui Moly who say that the oil must meet ACEA C5 and API SN standards are lying? The last I saw, the plain old Toyota 0W-20 synthetic oil meets only one of those two (API SN). Not everyone is okay with voiding his warranty.
Toyota’s standard 0W-20 synthetic oil and the GR 0W-20 oil for the GR Supra are not exactly the same. The GR 0W-20 oil is specifically formulated for high-performance engines like the one in the GR Supra. It typically includes additional additives to enhance performance under more demanding...
It's not the mileage. You could commute to work on highway and rarely use the brakes. Or you can live on a steep hill and encounter many hills where you drive. Of course, the number of track days will make a big difference.
I went with STEK PPF - most likely among the top 2-3 brands.
Front bumper
Headlights
Hood
Doors
Side view mirrors
A pillars
Side skirts (Carbon fiber look)
Cost: about $3200
A full wrap would've added another $2000 - not worth it IMO.

I can name some non-exotics (1/4-mile) that will beat stock Supras:
C8 Corvette
Any Tesla Performance or Plaid
C7 variants
Camaro ZL1
Dodge Demon
Late model Mustang GT500
Kia EV6 GT

But really, that's not a long list. The other thing to consider is the number of modified Supras out there. Some...
Folks, I'd like to reintroduce Dr. Gregory House. He graduated from John Hopkins School of medicine, but since retiring has taken up modifying his Supra, insulting others, and essentially continuing his reign of terror that he loved so much during the "House" series. Welcome back Dr. House, for...
I would expect the ZR1 to be fetching $200,000 after the greedy dealers have their way. I might consider it if my doctor gave me 3 years or less to live....?
I think your first smog will be 6-8 years away, but you may fail a visual. (There is no tailpipe test.)
Some owners of other vehicles have entire supercharger or turbo setups removed before smog testing is due. I'm done with that.
Another note: Typically, when you reduce backpressure by...

I rented a 2018 LC500. Lexus softened the suspension in 2019 after many complaints about the harsh ride. I thought it was tolerable, but my other cars were a bit stiff, also.
I could easily tell that the LC weighs almost 1800 lbs more than my Miata, but the LC is such a great grand touring car...
Have you tried removing and reinstalling the OBD connector, multiple times. I've had electronics modules (like Electronic Body Control) in other cars act up until I improved pin connections with friction-induced connection repetitions.
I used to average 17 in an 01 that had about 320 hp at the wheels. I'm sure very few 3.0 Supra owners average 30+ mpg.
If I were that kid in the video, I'd have responded with "Really, you average that much? You must have a 2.0."
When someone asks me what gas mileage I get, I will not exaggerate by telling him the highway mileage. I guess some owners live near a highway and experience no traffic, but that's not the average Supra owner. I may be getting 30+ mpg on a long cruise with no traffic, but my average mpg is 23...
