I've had shitloads of Supras.
I still have an A60, A70 and A80 (and an A40 in parts)
They were all stock when I bought them, and now none are.
Every Supra has felt related, but done something different. I'm optimistic about the A90. The direction has changed from the A80 - just like the A80...

The A80, even in stock form (+exhaust) feels like a special car - even just cruising around town being normal. It felt special, and like an event.

yeah, it's all timing - they go 2JZ because it's old as fuck and all the bugs are known and documented and there's less variables to them achieving the build date.
Not to mention in 2017 Aussies bought over 7000 AMG variants - so I daresay the A90 will hold it's value reasonably well until the supply is closer to demand
