Been coded that way for many moons. No issues. Running an AWE Track exhaust w/ AA catted downpipe and it literally shakes the floor in the room we have above the garage and rattles the pictures on the wall on the other side. It's actually pretty amazing.

Hopefully others will chime in, but I see this as normal throttle response in these vehicles from a standstill. Electrons have to travel, values have to open, liquids have to move, pressure has to build, etc. These cars aren't built to have instance throttle response. This is actual something...
