  1. Active Autowerke Charge Pipe Toyota Supra B58 **NEW PRODUCT**

Now trust me, I'm all for spending money on stuff, but I thought the general consensus on these components from any manufacturer is that they don't really provide any benefit and that people keep popping the silicone coupler who are running boost over stock levels? Can anyone who is running this...
  2. What Parts do we want developed for Supra??

A non-plastic intake manifold that is better at reducing IAT than stock, but isn't $5k like the new CSF component (I understand they're coming out with a less expensive cast version but haven't seen pricing at this point).
  3. Front Sway Bar - In Stock?

Do any of our awesome sponsors have F/R aFe sway bars in stock at the moment? I am urgently looking for a set and will pay overnight shipping rates.
  4. Mods that have improved your times

Not this car, but I threw a set of Koni coilovers on a '96 Miata I tracked/autocrossed and it was insta-time. Are running all that on the track with stock rubber?
  5. What Parts do we want developed for Supra??

What exactly do you mean by this?
  6. Turbo Blankets?

    B58 2- and/or 6-port version?
  7. Is this ds-1 downpipe flange weld a problem?

I am not a welder, so maybe someone who knows more can provide input, but I would think with a bunch of (high temp) heat cycles, this is going to be a problem.
  8. MPS4S OOS need recs

Oh man, I would have sold those rears at a premium and gone with a different tire!
  9. Turbo Blankets?

Have it! I want to be able to store a slab of beef under my hood. :p
  10. Turbo Blankets?

I heard back from them and this is exactly the reason it doesn't fit. I'm surprised because of what the coverage of the component looks like it would be from the pictures. Oh well - learned something today! They did state they're working on a version for the 2021 cars.
  11. Eventuri Airbox Install Problems

It does have these two, they line-up, and fit securely. When I pull the airbox (hoping to get to it today), let me get some pics of exactly what I'm talking about, as well as a pic of the bottom of the stock airbox with the post where the Eventuri doesn't have one. Appreciate you helping out!
  12. Let's talk un-sprung weight...

No you're, good - I don't want to put bad information out there and am 100% happy to admit I'm wrong. I'm going to edit my previous comment and ensure it's corrected. Thanks!
  13. Eventuri Airbox Install Problems

I actually used your video! Thanks for putting it together. It was the heat shield and either the Verus AOS or turbo heat shield getting in the way. I removed the heat shield from the airbox and it fit pretty well. Now that I'm not hot, sweaty, and pissed off, I'm getting ready to actually pull...
  14. Turbo Blankets?

I wanted to unearth this thread. I'm on a heat-management mission right now for my untunable '21. I have done various things with the car to this end. When I went to the Mishimoto website, looked at parts for the '21 Supra, their turbo blanket doesn't show up as a compatible part. However, when...
  15. Catted downpipe??

DUDE DO A SEARCH. I'm kidding. I do the same thing. Been running the AA catted downpipe for quite some time now and no CEL. I push the car hard (track, autocross, and road) and have other mods that would make a CEL more likely, as well. It's a great, high-quality part that produces an excellent...
  16. Let's talk un-sprung weight...

One can dream... Wait, the brakes don't rotate?! :p You are 100% correct and I had remembered this incorrectly from my competitive racing days... which are embarrassingly long ago. Thanks for the correction. Time to buy those carbon fiber wheels, eh?
  17. Let's talk un-sprung weight...

I just want to make sure I'm seeing this correctly... buying both kits cost a total of $10k?
  18. Let's talk un-sprung weight...

Oh yeah, that's definitely the plan! ? But in this case, I'm talking about un-sprung weight, which would be anything not being supported by the weight of the suspension. Things like wheels, tires, brakes, suspension components, and most things connected to them. I've found it very true that...
  19. Let's talk un-sprung weight...

My time on the track has taught me that one of the most effective ways to make your car "faster" is to become a better driver. BUT, un-sprung weight also plays an enormous role that I feel a lot of folks bolting parts onto a car don't take into consideration. Likely because, beyond wheels and...
