    Not one person is going to state not to drive in ANY AMOUNT of snow with summer tires? Even if you drive super slow, it just takes one small slip or incline to ruin your day with summer tires in snow.

    I should have phrased that better. "too much boost for the current fuel mix, rpm, pump" not too much boost as an absolute.

    Yes, can be from maxing out the High Pressure Fuel Pump. That can happen easier in lower RPM when asking for too much boost, combining it with Ethanol can compound it. How much peak boost are you running?

    130716 will put you in limp mode and basically opens the wastegate to reduce boost. That code can come from maxing out the HPFP.
