    Just to be clear, anywhere you tap the CAN network won't interfere with the JB4. At the ECU, or the passenger kick panel, doesn't matter. What you can't do is split at the OBD2 port.

    Yea I get it, however, with the posi taps, it takes under 10 minutes including pulling the two interior bits out. The actual tapping part takes under a minute. I'm going to be doing some more sleuthing over the winter because I want to find more specific logging items like knock, etc. Stay tuned.

    Hey! Yea, with my Evo, I pulled a lot from the OBD2 port but we had more knowledge of the ECU addresses and used a whole different mode. On the Supra, thus far most of the good track data bits are direct from CAN, with the added bonus that CAN is much faster than the normal OBD2 logging. I...
