Been driving an e46 M3 last 2 weeks
Modern cars are all too soft and GT oriented. Too much tech and loss of feel. Lotus and Porsche are the only ones that come close to matching a “driver’s” car these days.

Those tests and others give you a decent base line of where tires fall in order but vary widely based on the weight of the car, set up, camber, driving style, etc.
I will say a group of aggressive and podium Supra drivers are pretty well in agreement on 200...
2 years? At your easy pace you could do a lot more with those. 2 years and several winters are way longer than I would ever run a tire. I am lucky to get 4 weekends out of a set.
If in VA and want to check out a friendly track scene- my home track is in Thornburg and I can get you into lead/follow beginner events or even come visit a club day.
Would matter a great deal to me, since there are great builders spread across most metro areas.

For ME it is just another loud Mustang. 99% of people would never know it is "special" For 80-100k I would rather own a 987 GT4 for...
only make 50 a year. 850hp is substantial. 150k ish price.
rather have a used gt3 or gt4rs
end of day it is a mustang. one notch below Corvettes at car shows and in every other driveway in America
