Highly recommended you get a shop that will work with you & knows what to do. Itāll give you a huge peace of mind when you do. After you find one, go out and find a 2nd one. Itās good to have two.
I showed my at home boss (wife) yours and she said exactly that, since it matches the blue Cusco bar it would be perfect. Plus it looks damn good on yours. Well done brother!
You donāt turn it off before coming to a complete stop?!? Iāve never tried that, or allowed it to, I should say. Does it come back on when the traffic starts moving? Pretty cool. I didnāt know it could do that. I always tap the brake or hit the off button when traffic gets heavier. And Iāve only...
Are you sure? JK⦠(since you posted it twice)
But Iām with ya. Matte black is nice. I Hyperdipāed mine (the OEM wheels) and they still look the same as the day I did it. I thought for sure theyāed start peeling off or Iād need to spray them again by now.
Obviously powder coating is the best...
itzTang and Bryan are spot on. Iāve had this happen and the alignment shop fixes it every time. If itās too off, itāll throw a code, steering angle sensor I believe. Regardless, a proper alignment shop will get er dun.
I used them once and remember they took longer to warm up, but were really good tires. They didnāt last as long as my Maxxis Victra RC1s from new to cord or stay as sticky all the way to the end like the RC1s. But I donāt have nearly as much experience with the CRSs as Bryan and Kyle do. And...
Havenāt got that yet ?. Other BMW forums mention the āEā clutch pack being common problem in higher gears. Then possibly the valves, end plugs, seals or even the solenoids. Hope itās not too extensive of a repair for ya. And that mine is related to the transmission tune. Figure I could try...
How did you know your trans was slipping? Mine hesitates when pulling out of reverse and going into 1st gear. Mainly after sitting in the garage, less warmed up. And Iām fully stopped when putting her into drive. Just seems like she has trouble catching, then you feel it finally grab and go ?
Time has worn mine a bit I suppose. I also have a catless dp and other vibrating goodies inside that love to resonate with it ? ?
Donāt get me wrong, at the track, sheās DynoMight ? But this is my 3rd season of grocery getting in her, too hot to track for 6 months, & has made me think...
Iāll play.
My dad had Cadillacs. But when I became a teenager, he went to the Pontiac dealer and picked up a top of the line Smokey & the Bandit looking Firebird TransAm. I wish I had some pics. My mom was pissed so he didnāt keep it long. But it worked, I thought he was the coolest dad for...
You going to be able to drive it on track with all that beautiful work done? Iād be crying 1st time I go 2 off or even worse, overshoot a corner and start mowing the lawn.
