The 2.0 is 400-500 lbs lighter and has 50/50 weight distribution. It has an advantage on windy roads where handling matters more than power.
No definitive answer about a stop light race, but driver mod does matter.
I did see $2k quotes back in the day, but I'm assuming its going to be more with an influx of demand from new owners combined with short supply in today's market.
I was just estimating tax, destination, maybe an option or 2, and cost for a premium color like red tbh. I have little doubt most dealers will add at least a $10k markup on top of that.
Seems like that quote is optimistic. The car will cost closer to $45k out the door. LSD cost will probably be closer to $5k due to demand. You may need new wheels to go with the tires, so decent quality ones will probably be close to $4k for a set of wheels and tires, even more depending on...

got this trunk mat
Also got a Titan Motorsports exhaust used from a local ex-Supra owner. Couldn't resist the deal. Will install Monday.
1. AFAIK, the rearview doesn't dim.
2. No you can't. I guess it was because Toyota figured the windows are small and doesn't need coverage.
3. I drive it manual + sport most of the time or normal + auto if traffic is heavy.
4. I've been on road trips with other cars, and they also get covered in...
It's basically a beta product if its messing with tuned cars and is finicky for track work. A production build should have tested for both, which are entirely valid customer use cases. Looks like we'll be waiting a bit longer.
Mine also rub under load in the front, but there's barely any space with 265s and being lowered. I think it catches near the loose part of the flap because I accidentally damaged the pin that's supposed to hold it at that section.
I've avoided looking at Alibaba for parts. I only found it searching for Supra titanium exhausts on Youtube; never came up as a google search since Boostlogic results get pushed to the top.
Eventuri isn't the option if you want loud af; it has the best fitment from the intake options and is the fanciest IMO, but is not a podium finisher for loudest.
The current top 3 for sound are:
1. HKS (fairly new, but is very loud -- can hear very clearly even on video. I haven't heard one in...
One of the bimmerpost subforums (one of the earlier cars that used the B58, I don't remember which) has plenty of examples of people with blown turbos running map3.
I'm in the same boat as you. A buddy of mine got spacers (not in a Supra, but still worth the quick write up), and had to get rid of them because of thermal expansion during spirited driving. The spacers started pushing the lugs out (you could rotate them by hand).
Extreme case that occurred...
