You're asking a couple of questions at the same time here. 2021 vs. 2020 and 2 ports vs. 6 ports. The 2020 and 2021 cars are all capable of making the same amount of power. All of the fast/high-powered 2020s have swapped 6-port heads.

Changing the filter is easy. There's nothing to it, it's just incredibly hard to reach. especially if you're a big fat ass like me.

Honestly, removing the passenger seat takes 5-10 minutes tops. It's way easier to remove it, and just lay on your back with your feet in the hatch. It'll shave like 45 minutes off the job.
