Map 2 looks good, you can run it.
boost changes based on IATs(and a to a lesser extent some other factors like DA) so no point in really comparing to anyone else
Mm one of the few cars I'd trade the supra for. Drove a ZF8 Z4 recently, big fan of the drop top but was missing the MT of my supra.
100% future classic along with the Supra MT. Though I suspect the Supra name / "toyota " brand will carry it a bit higher over the years.
those look like settings for something like a 400 cell DP (AA for example).
Standard FF and duty bias is all 50 for stock DP
shift redux is 60 standard
Looks good, near the limit of the octane so Map 2 will probably just have more timing corrections. You can try but I suspect the car wont be happy with it.

you've got the right idea. You can set duty 4000 and 4500 to like 45, 5500 to 55. See how it looks based on that ecu_psi and dme_bt criteria and go from there.

i meant V28+ for firmware, but it looks good. Just reduce duty in increments 3-5 in RPM ranges until ecu_psi sits about 1 psi below dme_bt the entire pull. ie. add some duty at 5500, reduce 4000-4500
