Nothing special there. It's a lot of removing bolts and putting them back. There is a TON of 'refresh when removed' bolts there, so order there. Also make sure you use a new exhaust gasket.

No. CustomROM needs to be installed at Femto when your ECU is there for an unlock. It allows for RaceRom type functionality.

I can confirm this one if that's worth anything. Barring new updates from BMW on the new non-hybrid DMEs, this is actually happening. I've even got the website ready to update. Just gotta push the button.
