No one uses all three platforms, you also don't need to tune them to know what they are capable off.

It does from the wastegate, but it's muffled pretty good with the factory airbox. You can replace that to get more turbo sounds.
The B58 also doesn't use a BOV. You can add one, but it's literally pointless unless you're running a big turbo.
For daily/street cars, it's just a little silly to compare BM3/MHD/Ecutek. If you're not doing RaceRom stuff and plan on a 93 tune only- they all modify the same underlying data/tables in the ECU. It's the tuner's preference, not the software. It's saying one brand of hammer is better than...
