We have all purchased way too much shit for these cars and lets face it, some of it has been absolutely fucking useless. Thankfully some of the worst things I've bought have been very cheap.. and never actually made it onto the car. Having said this, here's my entry:
Ali Express carbon fibre...
Went for a drive to visit my son on Chirstmas day and weird things happened.
I had a CEL pop up the day before - see image above - which I cleared that night. When I jumped in my car today the CEL appeared again straight away which is fine but... when I got home to check the codes, there...
I went a similar route as I didn't want to decrease performance while adding some bling. I got a carbon lid which had a built in resonator delete which served this purpose. While it looks the goods, I didn't notice any change to the sound.

Dream Garage: Giulia Quadrifoglio daily; Honda NSX GT-R and Aerial Atom (K20) for Sundays.

I seem to recall seeing it done on a Supra on here (or maybe on Facebook) and while it sounds like a good idea, I remember thinking it just looked wrong. 🤷♂️
Yes, but it doesn't sound like this is the strategy anymore. Pushing the GR brand as a "sporty" intermediary between boring Toyotas and expensive Lexus cars is a sure way to increase the prices of all three tiers.
Other than to create this new tiered branding, I actually think this GT is a bit...
