    Big Boost (garbage) and Evolution of Speed both make bottom mount kits (I have the EOS), but they're both big turbo.     The problem is getting his car running. You'd have to clone his ECU to yours. You can't.. at least I don't believe you can. Your plan sounds generally good; no reason not to do it that way. You can also do the intake manifold as soon as you're ready. You can do it without port.

    you should not need to remove the JB4 completely. They don't need to remove the engine from the car, just drop the subframe. Disconnect it from the OBD port.

    GTRs are heavy as fuck. You don't need to match HP. Get used to the car, take it to some tracks, and make modest improvements as time goes on. If you come across an unlocked ECU (someone on here just found one), you can give that to visconti, and you should be able to clone without everything...

    Yeah, 2x that isn't normal normal, but it's fine. Fuel or cold weather will cause that. It's not out of line. I've had to crank 30-40 seconds on questionable ethanol before. That is a problem. lol
