This looks like the AliExpress one I bought. The quality was pretty good but it looked orange to my eye and not the deep red that it should be. I think Emblems Only do them now but not sure about the quality/colour. Looks like the Emblems Only ones are all weirdo colours and not OEM like.

Completely replace stock ones. They also appear to be using original BMW innards.

Added some AliExpress special carbon fibre mirror caps.

I'm pretty confident the GRMN will be either a) a disappointing bullshit "special edition" ala the lame USDM cars (and not available here anyway) or b) a mildly uprated very limited Japanese exclusive.. just like the GRMN Yaris before it. There is literally no credible evidence to the contrary.

Focals are always the answer but without proper amplification, I'm not sure any drop in speaker will make much of a difference to be honest.

Interesting. After the Tadda mod I'm not hating the sound system and I'm not sure much could be done to improve it further without significant hardware changes. I'm not a bass junky and my main complaint with the system as is, is that the mid-range is quite muddy compared to decently amplified...

Hmm.. my build date is February 2023 so maybe there's an update I should look into. Do you think the dealer will apply an update if I ask them to? Also, how exactly does it sound better?
