All of these require drilling holes, installation is generally straightforward, from what I understand. Streethunter, the least cool of the ones you mentioned, usually doesn't fit great, and needs work from the body shop.
Map this is a high-power relative map. It adds as much as 6psi to <whatever the car is requesting>. Which is dynamic. If the car is requesting say, 17psi based on conditions, the ECU JB4 is going to tell the ECU to actually request 23psi, which is far far too much boost without better/more fuel...
