Ideally, it would integrate through the factory ECU with Motiv's Reflex I/O controller. You're getting into expensive territory here. For the best Reflex integration, you'll need to retune with Ecutek. Ecutek, Reflex, Port, Flex Sensor, Pure -> 600hp/600tq. Further than that you'll need a trans.

They do, they're plotted with axle speed and reusing the Y-axis. Torque is also displayed in nm, which is yet another conversion you need to do. Edit: He even explains this in the second half of the video.
