Judging by the amount of warning lights in the dash, something in the electrical system is REALLY WRONG. I'm guessing possible flood, extreme-level rodent, or even lightning strike damage.

Tenfold when it comes to Supras, especially MKIVs. These kids seriously have no clue that Supras don't come with 600+whp stock, and can't fathom just how expensive & time-consuming it is to build a reliable 1000whp. Then, the car is an undriveable mess unless every other powertrain & chassis...
