They did run flat 12.0s in the dry with 3.0 there, lowest for 2.0 I saw was I think 13.2s so the gap is actually big in dry conditions, while in wet it becomes quite narrow due to problems with traction.
Also, this 2.0 is equipped with SportPackage with LSD and Brembo brakes, I wonder why it...
Ppl waiting for a manual on A90 remind me about those who waited for a stock turbo in 86/BRZ year after year :D
Altho manual in A90 is 100x more likely, esp with 400Z on the horizon.
I hope there will not be additional understeer on hard cornering, since making front sway bigger without rear shifts the balance towards the understeer a bit, so check that one out ;)
So did Cusco front strut brace help with roll? I know it just stiffens the front and eliminates some body...
For me they will because they offer different kind of driving experience, more raw, engaging, visceral, lighter. The low quality interior, a lot of noise, quite hard clutch, manual all contribute to that.
So while Supra is way faster, it is fun to drive in a different way, more speed and grip...
Me :D
Test of Fuji Speedway limited edition. 1 of 200, 1470kg weight, he says its lighter around 70kg than 3.0 they tested.
He prefers 2.0 coz:
- 3.0 is 50% more expensive here (220k PLN vs 316k PLN)
- 2.0 turns in sharper, lacks any understeer on corner entry compared to 3.0 and feels...

fits: z4 20i 30i = b48. Imo worth asking.
I red somewhere cooling is actually shared between b48 and b58.
If You change the CATback, there should be no lights, since You are not touching any cats. Why would CEL pop out? Also many exhausts claim no CEL guarantee.
For intake, I'm not 100% sure. You get less restriction so more air flow, dunno if it has any effect on sensors.
Imo leave downpipe in...
Imo better to get shared development sports car than none. Sports car market is shrinking so probably that will be the future of this type of cars, except brands like Ferrari.
On the side note: any1 could photoshop this render into different colors? Like red or yellow, or at least blue from BRZ :)
Stiffer springs to eliminate body roll and sway bar to amplify the effect, so not about rigidity ;) But still I would do some CUSCO bracings.
For me car body rolled too much overall on the track. Think about cooling too maybe.
SUBSCRIBED :D
Why bigger rear sway bar? I would do stiffer springs + bigger front and then MAYBE bigger rear as an addition to front. With that combo no body roll. You usually do bigger rear on FWD cars. Check some swaybars threads in the suspension subforum ;)
I wonder if prev tuning had an effect on the results, since car already came with around 440hp, would like to see stock vs stock+hks. But still, very interesting, around 20whp gains in the top is actually very good, wouldnt suspect.
I saw this claim too. HKS is high quality company but imo there is 0% chance to get anything near with just an exhaust swap. Also, its CATback, means stock downpipe with cats is still in place, and those are the biggest restrictors in the exaust. I'd guess maybe 5hp at the crank for just bolt-on...
Ah, U right, I forgot to mentional manual :D It should be 2.0 + manual + LSD standard for slightly sub-40k. Than maybe SportPack like in EU adding suspesnion and brakes. BRZ is still 29k so gap is wide enough imo. I still belive 2.0 is plenty of a car, just too expensive. Not as a car itself but...
