Ok so uncatted downpipe could cause problems on smog test probably... but also should make turbo spool faster. On the other hand muffler delete just for louder sound shouldnt affect emission tests, I guess..

Any1 can tell me how many and where are located the cats in stock exhaust? I know there is one in downpipe, but where are the rest? Which one is the biggest/most restricitve?

Just give manual to the Supra, so manual 400Z will be less appealing.

I checked the difference in weight between manual and 8ZF on few BMW models and on average it appears manual is lighter around ~20kg (~45lbs), but thats just going over some interent specs, can be different on the Supra.

If they give manual to 2.0 it MAY weight around 1360-1370kg (the difference between PDK 718 and manual is actually 40kg), easier to cut under 1350kg from that point. Then some suspension, some brakes, lighter, lower driver seat and maybe later down the line mechanical LSD. Tune it to 300-320hp...
