If I still had my car I’d be reaching out to Zach @ CSG.
My last experience paying for and then waiting for a Visconti tune revision ended in being ghosted and eventually I filled a claim with PayPal to get my $ back.
I know it’s not a lifetime of miles but I went on a 1500 mile road trip with a ton of heavy rain and therefore lots of wiper usage. Never had an issue.
Been there done that too many times. Yes, under tray will be keeping them for you.
I recently installed another Verus heat shield and put a towel down below the shield which proved effective in catching my bolts and washers I inevitably dropped multiple times.
A tip that made my most recent...
These are my thoughts as well. The daily driver gets all the time and attention regarding rust mitigation and salt cleanup during the winter months. No need to add the Supra to the to-do list for a few short drives on the small handful of semi-warm and clear days.
Ran it up as usual on the race ramps with extensions (needed due to lip & lowering). Jacked up driver front at jack pad, placing base block under one rear tire, then did the same for passenger. I did need to use my off road jack to then raise high enough to place the second race ramp block. Car...
Swapped out the catless DP and stock exhaust for a Gesi DP and AWE resonated touring. Got tired of the smell but wanted to retain some exhaust volume.
Now I have to decide if I want to do hybrid turbo, fueling, manifold etc now since it’s going to need a retune anyway or just retune as-is…it...
Same. The last thing I need is another car to keep the salt off of during winter. And if I didn't care, I'd have to swap another set of winter wheels and tires. No thanks.
Good time to do some odds and end mods and maintenance.
New, probably another Supra. I was cross shopping a ZL1, GT350, and M2C at the time of the Supra purchase. I’ve grown fond of the smaller size, smooth inline 6 turbo, aftermarket support, and the styling. Always had my eye on a Porsche GT or Turbo car as a next step but those seem to have gone...
You have to get what you like and can live with modding/driving/looking at. I’m not a collector so cannot resonate with buying cars strictly based off of possible future value, even though mine is basically low mileage garage ornament. However you want to enjoy it…
Yep. Original owner of a '20. I don't have many miles on it but I have enjoyed it the whole time. A nice balance of refinement and excitement, especially after some basic mods.
