For why though? We haven't had any winter weather in Ohio yet. At least not the Miami valley. I'm not paying the payment just to let it sit in the garage.
~ as soon as the brine and salt goes down... I park it and drive my daily.

 From what I understand Thease Supras have the battry in trunk and you dont want the battary get low
Yes its Not really cold in some placesif you use a scanner for 20 minutes to check out the system it can drain the battary complety .
Always back up battary all the time to insure all systems and more so under cold conditions

That stuff washes off. Not driving the car in winter feels like not sleeping with your wife to keep it tight. As long as the roads aren't gross I drive mine at least every other week.

Well today it happened. In preparation... wheels removed, deep cleaning, waxed, rotated wheels/tires (side to side), wells cleaned, etc, parked on flat stopper pads, trickle charger and covered.

Ohio winter weather blows. The last image keeps me looking forward to Spring!

Bit over the top lol. I just hook up my CTEK trickle charger and over inflate the tires and fill it up.
I hook mine up in the trunk, which works fine as long as you put the negative lead on a chassis bolt. The positive cable coming from the battery has a handy stud to mount accessories to, and the negative chassis mount is right there too. I put the negative lead between the body and the brace. Works perfectly for 3 years. When spring comes, you unhook the quick disconnect, and tuck it in the battery bay and it's invisible.

All this talk about cold weather and car hibernation kinda makes me happy to live in the worst state. At least winter doesn't exist here. These mid 70s days are just terrible....
I'm glad I'm in GA and can drive mine year-round also. The worst I've accidentally had it in was a hail storm and it survived that no problem.

Same. The last thing I need is another car to keep the salt off of during winter. And if I didn't care, I'd have to swap another set of winter wheels and tires. No thanks.

Good time to do some odds and end mods and maintenance.
